His suggestions were NEVEr responded to by the bosses rachel (who only just recently told mandie m she wants to wait and wait ) It is clear the main stallers in cs today are rachel on safety (least communicative) and casey on the rest. Non of the other responders are of any use.They may respond for cheap publicity or show some powers which they unfortunately do not hold.
